A complete DTF shop: storefront, gang sheet builder, apparel designer, checkout and automatic prepress. It runs our own print shop every day.

Prepress automation
CMYK + white spot channel TIFFs, long sheets Photoshop can't open, and orders marked printed from a folder.
Print-ready separations, without Photoshop
Every order becomes the same file a careful operator would make by hand: four color channels plus a white-ink spot channel that sits exactly under the artwork.
- Color
- sRGB to U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2, relative colorimetric with black-point compensation, Photoshop's default settings
- White ink
- W1 spot channel built from the art's transparency, so white prints only under the design
- File
- Uncompressed TIFF at 300 ppi, color profile embedded, channels laid out the way Photoshop saves them
- Size
- Never rescaled: the sheet prints at the size your customer chose
- Flags
- Art with no transparent background is named _SOLID so you check it before printing
CMYK over white · on filmLong sheets, no problem
Times measured on real orders in our shop on an Apple-silicon Mac. Inside the artwork the colors match Photoshop's conversion of the same file to within a few levels.

Builder apps stop at the image
Most gang sheet apps hand you a PNG or PDF. Someone still opens it, converts it, builds the white layer and sends it to the RIP.

Before you ask
Do I need Photoshop?
No. The prepress step converts the files itself. If you already use Photoshop it can keep doing the job, and Sheet to Press takes over any sheet Photoshop can't open.
Will it work with my RIP?
The files use the channel layout Photoshop saves, with the white ink as the first spot channel. RIPs that take white ink from a spot channel, such as RIIN, are built to read this kind of file. Every RIP is set up a little differently, so during setup we print a test file through yours and adjust before you go live.
What computer does it need?
Prepress runs today on a Mac in your shop and drops files into a shared folder (such as OneDrive) that your RIP computer can see. Windows support is in development.
Do customers' files lose quality?
No. The builder saves print files losslessly at true size, and artwork is never rescaled behind your back.
Who gets paid?
You do. Orders are paid into your own Stripe and PayPal accounts at the prices you set.
Is it proven?
It runs Vice City Apparel & Prints in South Florida every day: the website, the orders and the prepress step on this page.
